Salaries for employees of PR are governed by the collective agreement negotiated by the Institute of Advertising and Market Communication, available in its current version on the WKO (Austrian Chamber of Commerce) regional websites.

Salaries are classified according to

  • Training
  • Personal professional experience 
  • Specific fields of activity and responsibility.

Independent of the collective agreement, salaries may be defined individually and/or success-related components and premiums may be arranged for.
