PRVA as an organisation
The board
The board consists of nine members who exercise their duties on an honorary basis for a period of two years at a time. The board prepares a working programme for the period and is supported in its implementation by a number of other members who also work on a voluntary basis.
The general assembly
The general assembly refers to the “general meeting of the members” within the meaning of the Austrian Association Act of 2002. The ordinary general assembly is convened annually within three months of the beginning of each calendar year. All members are entitled to participate in the general meeting. Personal members only are eligible to vote.
The statutes
The association statutes in their current version were adopted by the general assembly in 2010 and adapted in accordance with the reform of statutes of 15 March 2018.
