Content Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Content Manager (m/f/d) (full time) to join our growing communication and marketing team. You will develop and produce powerful content and communicate the right messaging at the right time with the aim to inspire, educate, influence and grow our brand awareness. Your location will be in Austria (AT), London (UK), Paris (FR), Stockholm (SWE) and you will be working in Wood Products Division. You will report to our SVP, Communications Wood Products.

Tasks and responsibilities


  • You own the end-to-end creative process from concept to writing and production
  • You develop creative and fresh content ideas for printed and digital channels
  • You plan, assign and continuously produce content relevant for our target audience
  • You write all types of content, including in-depth product- and technical descriptions, articles, brochures, web-texts, presentations, speeches, film-scripts, social media posts etc
  • You ensure a consistent brand and a strong company voice across channels
  • You grow a deep understanding of our target groups
  • You organise, modify and update existing content to extend the lifetime and thereby increase the ROI
  • You are responsible for verifying content and information
  • You have a passion for high quality proofreading and editing
  • You laise with internal stakeholders to ensure brand and messaging consistency
  • You effectively juggle multiple demands and a growing number of stakeholders and channels.
  • You collaborate and coordinate with agencies, freelancers and other vendor partners
  • You anage a busy workload according to the deadline

  • This is an information for Austria as required by law. A performance-related salary based on your qualifications, professional experience and market value. The annual gross salary for this position is minimum € 50.000,00 plus a variable component .




  • You have an university degree in communication, journalism or similar field of study
  • You have a solid experience from a similar position or agency
  • You have hands-on experience of content management, production and distribution
  • You are an excellent content creation and have content optimisation skills
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • You have broad experience with traditional and digital communication tools
  • You are an experienced user of graphic design programs with good knowledge of visual communication principles
  • You have the ability to zoom out and see how each individual piece of content comes together to form a cohesive brand message
  • You have the ability to juggle multiple stakeholders and prioritize workloads
  • You are experienced in project management in a fast-paced environment
  • You are Native English, and fluency in other languages is an advantage.
  • You show attention to detail
  • You have hands-on experience with SEO, web traffic metrics and keyword research tools
  • You are experienced in social media platforms for business
  • You have an editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences
