Communications Manager (f/m/d)

Professional Skills

  • Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or other relevant fields
  • 8-10 years’ experience in communications management
  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to prepare complex topics in a short, target group-
    oriented and engaging way
  • High digital and social media competency
  • A passion for science and good understanding of pharmaceutical business
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management, staff and stakeholders
  • Good sense of design and graphics and skilled in producing creative content
  • Proven project management, consulting and negotiating skills
  • Enthusiastic team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude and strategic mindset
  • Excellent English and German language skills
  • Microsoft Office 365 proficiency

In this role you will be responsible for creation and implementation of high-impact strategic communications programs related to AOP and its business objectives covering both external and internal communications.

  • You create, manage and execute an external communications strategy and programs to drive the corporate brand and reputation of AOP
  • You develop a social media strategy and you are responsible for planning, content development, posting and monitoring of social media activities

Like to take accountability?

  • You support the AOP leadership team with internal communications activities and to develop and execute change management activities
  • You write engaging articles to drive the intranet/SharePoint as a community manager and to engage employees with the content

Able to align?

  • You support brand communications in defining/ aligning media strategy and relations, social media strategy and content, issues and crisis management, internal engagement for brands and patient liaison
  • You provide internal communications support to leaders and teams

The gross monthly salary provided for this function is a minimum of € 5.000.- based on full-time employment. Any potential overpayment depends on professional experience and qualifications.
