Job Description

As part of the globally operating Change & Communications team, you will bring our internal communications to the next level. You will…

  • Boost the effectiveness of our internal communication channels
  • Find fresh, innovative and creative ways for impactful communication of our corporate strategy, group and company values.
  • Set up, steer and implement the strategic communications plan
  • Consult and support our C-Level and Management Board in their internal communication activities and events
  • Collaborate closely with our communications consultants to deliver a wide range of content, media and formats for managers and employees
  • Lead various internal communications projects and ensure its professional implementation
  • Help our managers in various situations by consulting on effective communication
  • Ensure consistent messaging in alignment with Doka strategy, culture, brand values and Corporate Identity



  • 5+ years professional experience in a similar corporate role, preferably in an international /global corporation
  • Experience in strategy communication
  • Structured and professional approach, project management skills
  • Excellent writing skills in English and German
  • Quick understanding of challenges and key messages from various business units and stakeholders
  • Sensitivity towards the needs of different stakeholder groups and cultural requirements
  • Team player, hands-on mentality and willingness to take ownership
