Who we are: Swandoo is a young and rising startup in the child safety and family industry. Our first product, Albert, has become an icon with 2 major design awards and coming up as a test winner, best of the year and overall 3rd best in history, in the consumer testing carried by Stiftung Warentest, ADAC, ÖAMTC, and TCS.

As a small team, our objective is to accelerate growth (yayyyy!) in a highly competitive environment dominated by traditional -and boring- players. (Boooo!)

To meet the challenges of growth and take Swandoo to new levels, we are looking to grow our team with a bombastic Digital Marketing Manager.

What we are looking for:
An accomplished digital marketer with a love for social media. This person can be coming either from an agency or the client-side but should have experience in dealing with social media planning tools, particularly focusing on Facebook and Instagram, across global, and regional pages.

What will you be responsible for?
You will actively help to communicate our company values and establish Swandoo as a premium brand. For this, you will brainstorm and plan the marketing strategies, campaigns, and be in charge of their execution.

You will be responsible for creating engaging content to drive engagement, managing and optimising campaigns across an increasing product portfolio in the child safety sector, and drive conversion rates on multiple aspects of the digital marketing journey.

You will collaborate with the Design team and will need to deliver content with the appropriate use of written copy, video and infographics, ensuring a mixture of planned and ad hoc content.

You will have to work with a range of tools and functions to ensure a seamless and optimised customer journey – newsletters, web content including blog, PPC, etc.

You will do the monthly planning and report the social media actions to the management team.

You will also develop and manage an influencer program as part of a vital cog in the overall content strategy.

The Person:

  • Is a “people” person with strong empathy and family values.
  • Must be a self-driven and resourceful problem solver.
  • Must be comfortable working within a multi-cultural progressive startup.
  • Has a background in social media campaigns, especially for B2C, B2B desirable.
  • Is very creative and has a strong campaign management experience.
  • Must be adept in reporting and analytics.
  • Must have excellent copywriting skills.
  • Has a high standard for everything… but to be more specific, should be an ace in written and spoken communication skills – English and German are essential. Klasse!
  • Experience with newsletter campaigning is a plus.
  • Graphic Design experience or experience working with a design team are a plus.
